And by doing that, we can reduce costs for all involved - REX covers both sides of the transaction with a total seller fee as low as 2.5%, instead of the 5-6% traditional agents charge.

They fell short of expectations, in the sense that, they derailed from the laid down specifications that I gave to them to work with. They did something completely different from my imagined dream house.

They did not follow the instructions I clearly spelt out for them; failed to adhere to the specifications I had initially sent to them. Also tried to avoid liability when I brought it up.

The plan is fully customized to our needs and within our budget. All specifications and inclusions have been tailored to our requirements. Overall, we are happy and would recommend the Rex team, as they are flexible enough to modify plans according to

The building was very impressive, and high-quality materials were used. The gray design was appealing, and the team was very helpful with interior design selection. The customer was excellent and had a clear vision of what they wanted to deliver
