I just closed down the savings account I had with JPMorgan Chase. They happen to be too slow in resolving customer complaints. I had an issue of duplicate transaction, and I had to go through a 30-day waiting period to get the bare minimum done.

My account got hacked by some unknown crooks and carted away with the balance. I believe the bank can improve as far as security systems is concerned.
